Welcome to 2024 Open Enrollment! 

Open Enrollment starts on November 1, 2023 and runs through January 19, 2024.  If you enroll by December 15th, the plan will take effect on January 1, 2024.  If you enroll after December 15th, your plan will take effect on February 1, 2024.

Highmark Marketplace plans

You can buy Highmark plans through an online marketplace, also known as the federal or state exchange. If you are eligible for financial help these plans can lower your monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs.

You must experience a qualifying life event in order to qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. Some examples are:
